I had many different styles to choose from at Vera Wang, the movie's costume designer Karen Patch told Brides magazine. "The idea for [Kate's] dress was that she was the iconic bride—the bride on the top of the wedding cake. She was the bride who could have anything she wanted."
Sounds just like the reality star, who also walked down the aisle in a custom Vera Wang creation, which like Hudson's dress, featured a strapless neckline, fitted bodice and layers and layers of tulle.
